Feeling the divine power of Goddess Freyja, Davey then clenched his hand, which was enveloped in a white formless energy.

After seeing her get catapulted, Davey realized that his attack would be enough to deal her some serious damage. But he also knew that with just this magnitude of damage, defeating her would be far from easy. He also knew he had to be careful when channeling too much of his power in case he had to fight the other side of Neltarid that had occupied Earth.

“Sob... Sob... Davey hit Eclipse... Hit Eclipse!”

She squirmed out of the sand as if nothing happened and started crying.

Davey found it hard to believe that Eclipse had emerged unscathed. Normally, a single hit using the divine power was enough to kill a Princess of the Abyss. Before he knew it, she was already crying so hard that she had begun to beat the ground. She seemed to have forgotten how she had hit, grabbed, and spun Davey around, and even used her power to push him down.

Eclipse’s personality was quite twisted by nature. She was anything but innocent or naive, as she was someone who would make people's limbs pop just because they wouldn't play with her. She was the very definition of danger.

As he gazed at the endless desert, Davey couldn’t help but wonder if there was any normal place in this damn Alf Online, where the Malicious Spirits that had rebelled against one of Neltarid’s sides—harmony—were imprisoned.

Though he knew it wouldn't be as easy as said, Davey secretly hoped that if it was possible, Eclipse’s power would blow the Malicious Spirits away.

Mustering his strength so he could keep his balance and not slip, Davey squinted to see the power rushing straight toward the top of her head.

“Isn’t that... I’m pretty sure that’s a black hole...”

A black hole was indiscriminately swallowing everything in its vicinity. It defied and bent the laws of nature, nullifying light, time, space, mana, atmosphere, and even gravity. The huge energy vortex, which had a mass that was equal to the sun's, was condensed into a small space. And it was the flow of light and mana surrounding it that allowed Davey to see this immense sphere of energy that was absorbing everything.

Her eyes widened as her sphere suddenly disappeared.

She continued to shout, seemingly clueless about why it vanished. But then her brows suddenly furrowed, and she turned to look at Davey.

"No! I don’t like this. I'm going to punish you for being a bad brother! Eclipse wants to have fun with her brother!”

Davey had a feeling that he knew for whom she was speaking.

Goddess Freyja had taken Davey as a delegate, and so did Neltarid, whose destructive side was clearly using the little girl as their own delegate.

Davey then proceeded to show what was in his hand to Eclipse, who was still pouting over her power that had vanished.

“You see this?”

Her eyes widened at Davey’s smile. Then with her small white hand reaching out, she loudly exclaimed, “Ah! Eclipse’s treasure!”

"Yes, it’s your treasure. But not anymore. It’s mine now.”

With furrowed brows, Davey stared at the jasper jewel, or the Absolute Gem, in his hand. Although it radiated a frighteningly eerie aura, there was no denying its power. It had given Eclipse the absolute freedom to unleash her power to a ridiculous magnitude.

But now that it was in his possession, it meant that it was his turn.

“G-give it back! It’s Eclipse’s!” she screamed.

She then lunged at him, crushing the ground as she did so.

But Davey merely slid his left foot calmly, the movement causing the fine sand to cover it. Right after, he pulled back his recovered right hand and slowly unclenched it.

Davey knew it’d be difficult to give her a fatal blow, but he could keep her stranded without her Absolute Gem, since Alf Online was also a prison as much as it was a pathway built to link the humans on Earth with Tionis..

Davey slowly unclenched his fist, releasing sparks of white light from his hand. Then it started to take the shape of a sword that was pure white. It was as if it had emerged from a haze, becoming clearer. Eventually, the sword transformed into an enormous energy blade. It emitted massive energy, showcasing its might as its length instantly grew to tens of meters.
