Shura's Wrath

Honestly, I can’t keep reading this. I was actually fairly optimistic when I started this novel. It seemed like it would be good. However, around chapter 400, he goes to the place where the Japanese players are, and immediately turns into the most entitled, selfish, and arrogant pr*ck. His very arrival causes losses for every single player on that continent, then, he publicly humiliates them when they confront him as they are angry, and quite justifiably, I might add. Following that, he effectively molests one of women in Mystic Moon, leaves, kill steals a boss, obtaining the only City Token the Japanese player’s continent will ever drop, uses it to blindly rob them of billions of gold coins, and doesn’t even give them the Token, which he effectively can’t use. Goes back, steals what he was after from the woman, who prevents him from leaving the continent, so he first destroys the major guilds, also robbing billions more gold from them, before effectively destroying their main city, which halts all the Japanese player’s progress, and proceeds to make the woman his slave on his way out of the continent. Why? Because he hates Japanese people. Why did he enslave the woman, for practically no reason. I don’t mind a main character who is ruthless when the situation calls for it, but wanton destruction and inconveniencing tens of millions of players purely because of their nationality, and randomly enslaving a sentient being? No. I get that Chinese and Japanese people tend to have beef with each other, but writing in an entire arc of the mc clowning on Japan simply for existing is not something I have any interest in.

It is basically a wish-fulfilment novel. The MC is likeable so are all the Harem characters. There’s a lot of info dumping in most of the chapters so I just skimmed thru but still enjoyed the novel very much Ending feels rushed but good nonetheless.

decent and a greasy way to pass the time, it has a harem and it’s well built but no one will judge it you drop, as it has a pretty good sense of mystery around the Mc aswell

well if you want waste some of your time here, its good enough. The MC rather muscle head with charge first whether you can beat him or nah it will be later

Yeah. . . no, typical chinese racism right there that doesn't even line with the character itself, MC supposedly should be smart but at some points in the novel he can't even put 2 and 2 together sigh really waster potential of a novel right there , i won't even start with all the ra***g and the child *** , honestly i should give this 1 star not even 2

The novel is… good? Certainly not MarsGravity's best novel out there. Some things get tiering real fast, like the sexism and racism. Honestly, there's a certain amount of times I can read "girls exist to depend on men" before I drop a novel, and this one really touched the line. Other than that, if you like a really OP MC with a Harem that's pretty well-built, then this novel might work for you. The one thing that'll make you stay is how well constructed the mystery around the MC is, which keeps you wanting more and more information about it. I'll give it a 3, but it's more of a 2.5 for me.

What can I say that hasn't been said by others? It's a fast-paced VRMMO turned fantasy novel with a decent harem, OP MC, and a good story. Honestly, I'm sorry that it took me so long to pick it up. If anything I said above interests you, definitely pick this novel up. Fair warning the ending is similar to most web novels where it feels a little rushed.

This is good the only downside is the story is short and it progressed so fast but if you are a harem featuring assassins with dark past, this one is for you.

Ok, drop the novel at chapter 750 and you will enjoy It. Until that point its very good novel, (that's why I finished it in 3 days), but the end is disappointing as hell. Should have given a few extra chapters as an ending..
