From beginning to end I enjoyed the novel. Just for the word limit I say you won't regret reading this after reading top tier novels on the rankings it's definitely up there.

Decent overall. . . nice to pass the time. . . typical cultivation manhwa a lpt of irritating self important boasting characters that will make you feel irritated and feel much more satisfied when MC destroys them. . . the cultivation and power system is confusing at times. . . but in the context that MC is forging his own path makes sense. . . ending is a bit underwheliming. . . could have ben expounded and explained more. . .

This novel have it both. The peak of boredom and the peak of excitement. I recommend you give it time and patience if you choose to read it. . .

The book is like a fancy McDonald's burger. There's a lot of it. It's funny. It's fun to read and it's not boring. However something to note is that the chapters are filled with so much audience commentary that I sometimes feel disconnected from the MC. Yes, we get that his achievements. I don't need to hear his praises every sentence. My rule of thumb is to skim over everybody's reactions and it's all good. 👍

A very good light novel. Everyone should give it a chance. Don't listen to the nonsense comments of people who give 1 star. Quite interesting and quite uniqe.

The story starts out great, the first 10 or so chapters were absolutely amazing and it hooked me because the author was starting out with some great world building and characters. It was absolutely great. Then the fighting gets introduced and the power levels, which in the start are an absolute mess, honestly it feels like the first few chapters were written by a different person. The cultivation levels are unique in this story, but are very poorly introduced, most of the time we only get to know what the next level is and nothing after (including what it entails to reach that level). This would be fine, but a lot of unimportant thing gets details while one of the most important things, which is the cultivation gets just some side notes. One of the saving graces of this novel is that overall there is an underlying mystery, which we get introduced very early on, so there is this feeling of wanting to know what the story is, what the mystery is, how it gets resolved. It helps as well that there is some decent comedy added to the story due to the characteristics of the main character. This mystery is there, but the answers come painfully slowly and the whole novel suffers from a lot of repetition. It goes through the same hoops every single time. Shi Hao has a big weakness in dealing with the woman of the story, most of the things are centered around these women so far and bare one (Huo Ling'er) all of them are the same, annoying characters with no real personality. Most of the characters and their development goes only to the length of: "This guy is very strong and problematic" There are some good parts, actually had a point where I thought the author finally did something new, something that would be interesting, then 2 chapters later that just came crashing down. The main characters strength is fluctuating way too much as well. Yes it's understandable that when he goes from a lower realm to a higher one he gets weaker, but after the lowest realm arch sometimes even when he gets much stronger according to the author that strength is not visible. In a lot of the cases he just gets afflicted by some sort of injury so he is not much stronger than the rest, but then he recovers and he is still weak. I really do feel that if the author didn't want to waste chapters upon chapters to talk about how amazing the MCs newest achievement is, just to make him weak in 5 chapters then this could be a great novel, but of course word count is important. If he decided to only write ~1000-1200 chapters instead of the 2000 it has and removed all the fluff and unimportant thing then this could be one of the best on this site. The translation is flat out bad in a very few places, but most of the time they do make readable chapters. There are translators who go above and beyond and try to make the translation as enjoyable as possible, some people would say that removing repetition from a chapter is transforming the authors work, so I am sure not everyone would agree with me, but I do think if the translators did this it would be a lot more enjoyable. Very commonly the same thing gets repeated multiple times in a lot of paragraphs and it just takes away the enjoyment.

I consider this to be one of the best Cultivation Light Novels out there, The author is so creative. MC is well done. some good comedy here also world building also nicely done. Recommend giving it a try it's worth it. { in my opinion }.

I consider this to be one of the best Cultivation Light Novels alongside for example Battle Through The Heavens, Renegade Immortal, etc. The story is great, written in beautiful details and it’s very exciting to read as the protagonist progress through his cultivation journey to the top. The comedy is very good, also, making me let out a chuckle there and there occasionally. 100% would recommend to somebody who likes cultivation novels. 💯

This is a great story; I like how the protagonist's personality gradually changes. The character development is excellent, and the plot is original. I also like that the main character is talented and that his power does not come from some mystical ring he discovered on the ground.

A stellar read that does not get boring. The comedy is 100% FUNNY. Not those cheesy cringe jokes but actually a good laugh. However as the story progresses it becomes more solemn serious and filled with difficulties. Truly a full life progression of and ever changing MC and the difficulties he has to go through.
I would recommend this book to any people that like cultivation stories with a twist and amazing story/character development. Also the action is well done, a little fluffy on the details sometimes.
