Idk about the others, but it was pretty addicting for me. Even if its repetitive, the face slapping is awesome. Plot armor is thicc, plot is weird, MC's wives are weird, everything is weird, but I f*ck*ng love the fact that he can make infinite money and drop like a million on worthless items in auctions

This novel can be a little trite, full of young masters, plot armor, and fights in every imaginable place: a cocktail of clichés, if you will. However, the reason for my recommendation is that we all love creative mode xD Let's put it this way, what distinguishes this novel from the others is the pure satisfaction of witnessing the protagonist ruthlessly destroying every obstacle, with no nerfs in sight, just upgrades and unapologetic brute force. This may not be a literary gem, but whenever the need arises to break away from convoluted plans and resistant enemies, I find solace in the light-hearted narrative of this novel. It is a remedy, a breath of fresh air and a welcome departure from typical Xianxia food. So let the critics label it recycling; I appreciate it for what it is: entertaining and fun. The translation, although a little slow, is excellent, making it an easy and enjoyable read. The story, although simple with repetitive structures, regularly introduces new characters, worlds, and desires

This guy Huang Xiaolong is getting everything handed to him, there is 0 suspense at all. Techniques are just randomly mentioned, not really explained. He reincarnated from China and learnt "internal energy", whatever that means (its never explained). And is cultivating a random *ss scripture. (Never mentioned what it does. ) Has random techniques from earth. Finds a new cultivation technique in a cave and starts cultivating it instantly, without thinking about what dangers it might entail. This guy trusts everything way too easily. MC also has blind faith in his underlings, even the people he only met once, trusting them (for example he found rank 9 heavenly treasure and he just revealed it to a guy he has never met before. The guy could legit oneshot him and take it. . ) The parents are useless wastes and are nothing more than decoration. They create trouble for MC and they just p*ss me off. The mc just keeps giving them cultivation resources instead of using it on himself. The main female lead (Li Lu) has 0 personality and starts liking the mc for 0 reason. She is permanently clinging to him, and the guy disappears for1 year without seeing her and all is fine. No one cares about the fact that he is a 9 year old kid, and they all start following him and listening to him. Like what? XD it was readable for like 91 chapters but i dont see a singular reason to continue reading it now. Overall, this for sure has to be the author's first novel. There is no big plot or underlying current that gets revealed 2k chapters in. He is just writing random stuff without any foresight. I didn't expect anything insanely good (I know this novel is like fast food) and yet I was still disappointed. 1day of my life down the drain

Well. Very very repetitive. The main character isn't good, the rest of the characters are even more lacking, and the story is the most lacking of all. I literally sat here pondering something positive to say, and ended up changing the rating from a 3 to a 1, because there are no positives.

If you're checking this to see if literally any storyline gets delivered on then I'm sorry to say that the answer is no. Li Lu plot line is literally the most dragged out annoying b*llsh*t of all time. The main love interest and driving plot force is taken in like chapter 200 and we spend the next like 2000 looking for her only to find out she still has her memories and that I've wasted 2 weeks of my time. Don't read this is you value your sanity. He constantly hides his power and talent from others. Leaves villains alive and they hurt him because of it. He also never really does anything on his own, he hires others or makes slaves do the fighting for him. When he does fight it's not even fair he just destroys people because he only fights when he knows he wins. Story sucks, main character sucks, side characters suck, Power system is inconsistent, I genuinely plead with you k no of to read this terrible f*ck*ng story it's all I can do to try and help you.

Don't do it. The beginning of the story is interesting but by the middle you understand why some people say they "hate cultivation novels. " The antagonists in this series are so stupid and irrational that you can't help but feel bad for them. It becomes harder and harder for you to not see them as victims of bad writing. The MC is one of those "power is everything" people but then constantly hides his power/influence causing situations with these stupid antagonists to occur. The writing of this novel felt like bullying cope. The author creates more and more irrational situations so the MC can punish "bullies. " I left this novel feeling like I gained nothing.

The translation, although a little slow, is excellent, making it an easy and enjoyable read. The story, although simple with repetitive structures, regularly introduces new characters, worlds, and desires. It's not the best you'll read, but it certainly intrigues and invites you to join the protagonist on his journey. In a sea of complaints, I choose to ignore them. Constructive criticism is always welcome, but ultimately, the final criterion is made by you, not the opinion of others.

Short and simple. It started out good with great plot, romance, comedy, and action but they degraded after 2000 chapters or so. Ending was also lackluster. Well, if your willing to spend weeks reading this then just take note of the things I mentioned above. Anyways, a read is a read and I made it to the ending! 😤

I took a few weeks break after reading this. I lost the enthusiasm to read novels after reading this. I was a beginner to cultivation novels (I was a manga lover and started reading novels with Tales of demons and gods) when I started reading this and I read till 3000 chaps. The story goes on and on and on, the worlds are never ending and cultivation is also never ending (I think it's over 4000chaps long now). It gets very repetitive, mc always finds himself in a tough situation for no reason but gets lucked out easily. It was really good at the beginning, I was excited after he left his world for higher realm, and then he left for another higher realm and then another it went on and I just quit reading it. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this but if you are bored then you can read it.

One of my favorite cultivation novels of all time. At the very least, give it a try. I literally named my pet after the main character of this book, Huang Xiaolong.
