Original Chinese is one the most hardest and longest language so it will definitely take 2-3 yrs to learn it to extent where we can read his original work. Just their names are so f*ck*ng cell consuming What I mean is that if he thinks novel is very imp even in his own life (maybe during his old age) then he can leave china forever and complete it. u people are really putting ss on the same page as lotm. have u even read lotm properly ,ss isn't on that level .sure the author is very good at lore building and when i say good ,i am saying the same level as lotm .some moments are good like the soul devouring tree ,that scientific lab and the last battle of falcon . but lotm has much more emotional battles more scary things and the characters ,i am sorry but ss is trash in character business. i can see why the hype cuz its easy to understand ,the power system is good too. but the level lotm and ri are ss is not on that level .anyone who has read many novels can tell u this .i know many people still like ss and its their choice but visible quality is still quality. and if u are saying fy is evil. Then u haven't even understood the first page of ri

I can understand that I've only read the manhwa for RI and never went past chapter 30 either, so I don't have much of an opinion on it except for things I've heard, and yeah Lotm is better than SS, but I still feel it should be put in the same tier, in general Lotm is better but it's still up there, they're both 10/10

Bro its like me not liking the movies with high imdb that much as my personal favourites with low rating. And its normal ,u can say i like ss more than lotm or ri and no one will push it on u.everyone has thier own taste and we shouldnt expect them to like this particular thing that we like. But when talking about general we should set aside our favouritism and see the picture clearly, ss has many good aspects as i already said in the previous comments.but lotm has more in depth fights ,schems ,better antoginists, the character motivation and better emotional moments even its protag is many levels above sunny . u can still say that ,so what does it matter ,i still like ss more than lotm and that will be ur personal opinion and taste .no one is gonna criticize u about that but just bcuz u like a story when doing a general consensus u are going to be baised and not acknowledge the facts and still keep putting ss on the same level as lotm ,which is clearly better than ss is fangiri

You shouldn't really make such a claim without even bothering to read Ri.I read all 3 of them and i got to say Ri is the best one by far.Lotm is great too every single character in lotm is very likeable and good but ri is just on another level.You got lots of amazing characters and a very inspiring life changing lessons to learn from renzu life stories. each arc hit deep in your soul.Fang yuan is by far the best though it depend on your type.Klein is also good too he is truly an admirable hero.His sacrifice for the sake of the world such an act that it brought tears to my eyes.but i like fang yuan better.I can't really describe why but read it if you want to know more.Fang yuan left a deep impression on me much more than the other 2.SS is good but it below those 2.Sunny well there isn't really notable about him tbh compared to fang yuan and klein he isn't a lot.I only think of him as the mc who is always being inferior to nephis.Lotm has good quotes but ri has the best poems.

I can see what you mean, I don't understand exactly cuz I've never read Ri, and I'm mostly bias because of my dislike for Cultivation after the hundreds I've read, but I can still see where you're coming from

yes and he is consistent with his behaviour. In many novels I read, mc personality changes too much so suddenly that it puts me off but here it is not that case. Secondly, world building - SPECTACULAR. Thirsly, power system - very good and is a bit different. It revolves around gu and gu level. Fourtly, there are great excerpts which will be put in random chapters called the life of Ren Zu. Now lets talk about some minor cons that I felt. It will make this review more balanced. Didn't ruin the novel for me but it can be a bit annoying. So one of the things that you might not like sometimes there is too much explanation sometimes, but that is trade I am willing to take for a great novel. One of the things that I don't like is the Chinese names 🤣 they are too similar and hard to remember for my taste but hey you are reading a Chinese novel and top comments will likely help you if you forgot about it. Lastly, f*ck those luck-y and love-ly gu.
